A different kind of recruitment, we visit the client and work on a one to one basis to familiarise ourselves with your company, the internal mechanics; personalities; every little aspect of any company that contribute to it as a whole. From The beginning:-
- Initial Site Visit to ascertain exact client requirements.
- One on One with client to assure understanding of full company history, internal workers, and that in-house do’s and don’ts are all noted. On receipt of all information TRP will collate a full understanding of your vacancy/company which will be shown to client for confirmation.
- We begin the search trawling through our existing database to match our candidate to your company. Initial telephone call – fully briefing candidate as per collated understanding of your company needs.
- Going that extra Mile all TRP recruiters have in total 40 years experience in the industry giving us the ability to match the exact people to your company.
- Vetting our applicant thereafter we reference our applicant to ensure no gaps in employment and authenticity of information given on application form.
- Vetting (ACCESS NI) TRP is registered with Access NI, if our client requires we can vet applicants. This is one of the highest forms of Vetting in Northern Ireland.
- Presenting to the Client normally via detailed CV sent electronically.
- Interviewing TRP will arrange all assessments and interviews.
- Selection pending client instructions TRP will advise all applicants of outcome of interview we will then inform the lucky applicant and again brief them.
- Final Briefing we then inform the successful applicant and again brief and remind of all on site etiquette to be adhered to.
- Management thereafter all TRP temporary workers are contacted twice weekly to ensure zero tolerance on payroll and candidate satisfaction.
- After Service promise to client all clients are contacted daily (or as they require) this will ensure no gaps in service and consistency of same.
