£20,000 – £22,000 Depending on experience
Hours of Work:
9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday
Duration of Contract:
Responsible for all administration with relation to the operation and CRM Team Customer Relations Team, you will be working on data sheets, recording information accurately daily and on some occasions working to tight deadlines.
Dealing with customers, taking prices over the phone adding same to particular job numbers.
Responsible for customer service to a valued existing client base to ensure complete satisfaction
Handling various job numbers all related to the overall output.
Data input onto in house computer system.
Answering telephone, file management.
Provide a high level of customer service
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
Manage delivery documentation and keep all filing/archiving up to date
Ensure all POD’s for goods in and goods out are scanned on company server daily.
Liaise with Works Manager daily regarding day to day operations
Ensure all customer requests and queries are dealt with promptly
Process all collection and delivery documentation
Experience working within Logistics & Transport
2 years Administration experience
1 year Customer service experience
